Chingri Palong Shak | Maaer Rannaghor | চিংড়ি পালং শাক | মায়ের রান্নাঘর

This is a simple dish yet full of deliciousness. The flavour from the prawns is what gives this dish it’s kick. Both the spinach and prawn takes very little time to cook so this is a quick dish to whip up. It is best enjoyed with some plain rice. Note: remember to cook this dish at medium to high heat. Adjust as you go along. Tip: The wheat flour and water mixture is optional. If you like a thicker/drier gravy and if too much water releases from the Shak then add this mixture to thicken up the gravy. Palong Shak (Spinach) 1 cup

Chingri (prawns) 1/2 cup

Chopped garlic 1 cup

chopped onion 1 tsp

chili powder 1/2 TSP

turmeric powder 1/2 TSP

salt (adjust to taste) 4

Halved Green chilies ( adjust to your preference) 1 tsp whole wheat flour with little water (optional)
